All the actions that employees have to take and protect themselves and their co-workers from the infection of COVID-19 are listed below. Kindly go through all the points carefully and it is compulsory for every employee to follow them
Sick Leave
If any employee has cold symptoms like fever, cough, feeling poorly, or sneezing, it is essential to take sick leave and do remote work.
If any employee has the COVID-19 positive, it is essential to come to the office after the complete recovery and the confirming note from the doctor.
Remote Work Request
If you are not feeling well, but it is possible for you to do work, you can request remote work.
If it happens that you visit the place where a high number of COVID-19 cases are present, then in this situation, you have to work from home for the next 14 days. After these days you can work in the office. However, it is impermissible to come in physical contact with any co-worker.
