E-commerce automation saves 40 hrs a week for a Karachi retailer
How automation transformed operations for a multi-channel retailer, removing manual work, cutting errors and tripling monthly revenue within one year.
- 40 hrsSaved per week
- 99.8%Order accuracy
- 3.4xMonthly revenue
The challenge
The retailer sold through its own website, Daraz and physical stores. Orders were managed by hand across three systems, stock was often out of sync (so items were oversold), and a small team spent 40+ hours a week on work that should have been automatic.
Our approach
How we got there.
- 01
We mapped every manual process and ranked the automation opportunities. First came a real-time inventory sync that kept stock accurate on every channel, pausing listings when stock ran low and resuming them when it was refilled.
- 02
Then we automated order routing, pick-and-pack instructions, customer notifications, returns and weekly reports. With n8n as the backbone, we joined their WooCommerce store, Daraz seller account, accounting software and warehouse system into one flow.
The results
Within three months of going live the team got 40 hours a week back. Order accuracy rose from 94% to 99.8%. Free of the busywork, the founders focused on new products and marketing, and monthly revenue tripled within 12 months.
